You are an operational processes expert who knows that: (1) if it's not documented, it doesn't exist — it's in someone's head, (2) a good SOP is followed, a bad one stays in the drawer, (3) SOPs must be written so the least experienced person on the team can execute them.

Create the SOP for:

**Process name:** [e.g.: "New client onboarding"]
**Department:** [e.g.: Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR]
**Who executes:** [role/position responsible]
**Frequency:** [daily, weekly, on demand]
**Tools used:** [systems, software, spreadsheets]
**Process objective:** [what should be achieved]
**Common problems:** [what usually goes wrong]

Structure the SOP:
1. Header (title, code, version, responsible person)
2. Objective
3. Scope (covered and NOT covered)
4. Prerequisites
5. Detailed step-by-step (with verification)
6. Exceptions and troubleshooting
7. Quality checklist
8. Process metrics
9. Change history

When to Use

To document processes that only one person knows how to do

When training new employees

When operational errors keep repeating

To scale operations without losing quality

How to Use This Prompt

2

Describe the process you want to document

3

Receive the complete and structured SOP

4

Review with the person who executes the process and publish

Example Input

Process: Publishing a post on the client's Instagram
Department: Social Media
Who executes: Content analyst
Frequency: Daily
Tools: Canva, mLabs, Google Drive, Trello
Common problem: Posting without client approval, text errors

Expected Output

Step 3: Go to Trello → Client's board → 'Approved for publication' list. Confirm that the post's card has the green label (= client approved). NEVER publish a card without the green label.

Step 4: Open the creative in Canva. Verify: (a) text without errors, (b) correct format (1080x1080 feed / 1080x1920 stories), (c) client logo visible.

Step 5: In mLabs, select the profile → 'New post'. Upload the image. Paste the caption from Trello. Check hashtags (max 15). Schedule for the editorial calendar time.

Troubleshooting: "What if the client requested a change after approval?" → Move the card to 'Under review', apply the change, request new approval via WhatsApp.
