Ask AI to generate a large number of ideas without filtering. Quantity leads to quality when brainstorming.
Prompt: "Generate 20 creative marketing ideas for a sustainable clothing brand targeting Gen Z. Don't filter — include both conventional and unconventional ideas."
Then follow up: "Now pick the 5 most original ideas and develop each one into a brief action plan."
2. Perspective Shifting
Ask AI to brainstorm from different viewpoints:

5-7. Advanced Techniques
- 5. Reverse brainstorming — "How could we make our customer experience as terrible as possible?" Then flip each idea. This surfaces hidden problems.
- 6. SCAMPER method — Ask AI to apply each SCAMPER technique (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to other use, Eliminate, Reverse) to your product or service.
